Paper Adventures Team Blog Hop – Animals

This month’s theme is “Animals”. I love animals, I chose the “We must celebrate” stamp set. This set was a must have set for me from the new Ocassions catalogue. I love that this set is a little bit cute, perfect for the young and young at heart people in your life!

We Must Celebrate Clear-Mount Stamp Set

I love that I can use my blend markers to colour in these cute little animals! That is exactly what I did!

I used Bermuda Bay card stock for the base , embossed with our Simple Stripes embossing folder (I really love this one, perfect for all types of cards!). The Picture Perfect DSP mounted on Berry Burst card stock gives this card the pop of colour I was looking for. I added a balloon from the Birdie Banter stamp set (because let’s face it, it ain’t a party without a balloon!) A scrap piece of Basic Black was just what I needed for the sentiments. I really like the look of the white embossing on black card stock. Finished off with a cute Bermuda Bay ribbon (comes in a 3 pack of shimmer ribbons) which can only be earnt for FREE during Sale-a- Bration.
