Welcome to the Paper Adventures Team first blog post for 2021! This month’s theme is new, this could be new products from the new catalogue, a new technique, new year, basically anything new. To help kick start us off this year our Guest Designer is Linda Dalke. I am a fan of Linda’s designs, I always enjoy her videos. If you haven’t already viewed her videos make sure to check them out by clicking here. A very warm welcome to you Linda, thanks for blog hopping along with us this month.
I received my big brown box (more commonly know to demonstrators as BBB) this week filled with all my new products from the 2021 January to June mini catalogue! It is always exciting to get new products to play with, I just had to decide what to create with first!

With a box full of new goodies it was a tough choice what to use first! I had to go with my favourite set from the catalogue….the Snail Mail Suite Collection.

This suite caught my eye straight away and I knew I just needed to have it. I thought this stamp set would make perfect little note cards for my customers as a little hello card to thank them for their orders or to just have on hand to send a friendly hello in the mail.

What cute colours and designs on the DSP from the suite! I used one of my rectangle stitched dies with two coordinating sheets of paper and offset them on my background. I stamped my little snail, coloured with blends, crumb cake, bermuda bay, real red and daffodil delight before die cutting him out. I stamped the speech bubble and the word “hello” in real red ink and added a cute little resin heart to the envelope on his back. The resin hearts embellishments come in two colours, real red and white and there is 150 of them so heaps to add to your projects.

I always think it is fun to decorate envelopes, not only for the recipient but also for the postie! I bet it brightens the postal workers day when they see a brightly coloured envelope instead of a boring old plain one!

Cute and simple but fun cards for anyone to receive! My guess is this card is bound to put a smile on someone’s face.
Don’t forget that from now until 28 February 2021, for all orders AUD$90 or more, you will receive your choice of a free level one reward and for all orders AUD$180 or more, your choice of a level 2 reward. You can check out all the FREE items if you click here. This month’s host code is KDKXYV9P for all of your online orders.
