Pansy Patch

I have my own pansy patch at my front door and when I saw the Pansy Petals Suite on the pre order list for demonstrators from the new catalogue I just had to grab it. That is just one of the many perks of being a demonstrator. Not only does it give me a great sense of friendship with others, it also gives early access to new products! Click here to see what is available in the suite.

Bridge Fold Card using the Pansy Patch Bundle

We made this card in my monthly card class last week. A simple but effective Bridge Fold Card. This card folds flat, allowing you to post without any problems. I am loving one of the new in colours for 2021-2023 Soft Succulent. This green is so pretty, a softer look to Just Jade in colour 2020-2022 which I already love. I really like Soft Succulent as a new addition to my craft room.

Now I must admit, cutting all the bits and pieces out for my pansy does prove to take some time, but I believe the effort is certainly worth it. Alternatively, some of the pansy dies cut out pansies on the coordinating DSP so if you are chasing a quicker option, this is certainly for you.

However I don’t mind taking my time, I love the impression that the dies make on the pansy to give that 3D look. For my pansy, I used White, another new in colour Fresh Freesia, Bumblebee and Black for the centre of the flower and Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent for the stem and leaves.

The DSP in this suite is so pretty! My favourite would have to be the green toned striped sheet. I think it is a great option away from flowers.

Another favourite of mine on the pre order was the Scalloped Contours Dies. I just had to have these! I also bought the matching stamp set which I will share with you all soon. I have used one of the dies from this set for the insert with a sentiment from the Pansy Bundle. You might be wondering where you write on this card but I have that covered.

Close up of one of the gorgeous dies in the Scalloped Coutours Dies makes a great place to write. Available 4 May.

A pansy was stamped on the back of the card using Fresh Freesia, Blackberry Bliss, Bumblebee, Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen.

How cute is that little bee embellishment?! I love him.

I am loving the font from the Pansy Patch bundle, easy to fussy cut around if needed like I have done around the Happy Birthday. Did you see the cute little bee embellishment? So easy to add to your card with a glue dot.

There are so many lovely new sets in the new 2021 Annual Catalogue which launches on 4 May. What will be on your wish list? My list is growing everyday!

If becoming a demonstrator interests you, there is a new joining special coming soon. If you sign up between 4 – 31 May 2021, you will receive AUD$283.00 worth of products for only AUD$169.00! Oh and don’t worry, becoming a demonstrator does not mean you have to do classes and workshops. It simply can mean that you can join and receive a great discount off all your crafting needs or you can do what I do and run classes and workshops and meet lots of amazing people along the way. The choice is yours! If this interests you, send me an email or a message and lets chat!

I look forward to sharing some more new goodies from the new catalogue soon. If you live in Australia and don’t already have a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator I would love to be your contact. If you want a new catalogue, get in touch and I can mail one to you.

Wishing you a crafty day!
